Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team at Armstrong Knight. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing parts orders and replenishment, monitoring warranty claims and rebates, and producing periodical reports for the Sales, Buying, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage parts orders and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Monitor warranty claims and rebates to ensure accurate processing and timely payment.
  • Produce periodical reports for the Sales, Buying, and Marketing teams to help target their promotions and optimize sales.
  • Produce month-end stock reports and KPIs for management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with annual stock take count at NDC, including warehouse physical inventories and subsequent reconciliation.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and stock system skills.
