Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Prostate Pathway Coordinator to join our Urology Specialist Team at Ysbyty Gwynedd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the progression of patients suspected of having Prostate Cancer.

Main Duties
  • Communicate with clinical and non-clinical members of the healthcare team to arrange appointments and referrals.
  • Ensure the progress of patients through the pathway is prospectively and proactively managed, addressing any concerns related to waiting times and treatment schedules.
  • Identify patients requiring clinical decisions and use judgment to ensure timely decisions in relation to individual diagnostic needs.
