The CMA Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Southampton, Hampshire. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager with the administration and projects for the HR Division.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and selection administration, including accurate and efficient reference checking
- Monthly payroll and benefits administration
- Learning and development programmes, including the booking of courses
- Performance management, through timely employee surveys and appraisal/coaching programmes
- Employee engagement and employee relations
- Wellbeing programmes - coordination of staff gifts and communication of staff events
- People analytics; timely monthly and quarterly P&D KPI reporting
- Strong HR administrative skills, including on-boarding and contract administration
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 or above or studying towards
- Excellent IT skills, comfortable in a 'paperless' office
- Office-based role and flexibility on hours
- Excellent working culture, encouraging training and development
