Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in meeting the increasing demand at our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic
- Provide exceptional outpatient services for common ENT issues, including pediatric patients
- Collaborate with the ENT Lead to oversee all facets of the ENT service
- Enhance patient pathways and improve service efficiency
- Promote best practices in operational performance and financial management
- Implement cost-saving measures through innovative strategies and inspire staff towards greater efficiency
Qualifications for Joining Omnes Healthcare Limited:
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
- Completion of the Intercollegiate Specialty examination or equivalent FRCS (ORL-HNS)
- General Practitioner with Special Interest (GPwSI) in ENT
