Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Experience in clinical assessment tools, such as Waterlow and MUST.
- Ability to write comprehensive care plans and develop effective relationships with residents and colleagues.
