About the Team
As a Practice Manager at mydentist, you'll be part of the UK's leading dental network. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on the nation's oral health.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive practice performance by setting objectives, providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
- Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and interpret financial data to inform commercial decisions.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
