About the Role
- Drive your practice's performance by setting objectives, providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets.
- Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing the contractual relationship.
- Manage compliance and meet the requirements of our regulators.
- Interpret financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to make commercial decisions.
