  • Manage the overall design budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing their needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovations, and best practices in hospitality design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in commercial hospitality interior design projects.
  • Exceptional knowledge of design principles, space planning methodologies, and furniture layout concepts.
  • Proficiency in sketching, rendering, and detailing techniques for interior architecture.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents (CDs), building codes, ADA requirements, and contract administration procedures.
  • Advanced skills in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
