Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable adults? Do you have experience in health or social care and a talent for negotiation and communication? We're seeking a skilled Brokerage Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated recruitment team and enjoy excellent rates of pay, a payroll service twice a week, and a £250 referral bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and Escalate: Handle concerns or capacity pressures, and escalate risks as needed to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
  • Experience: A background in health and/or social care is essential, with a good understanding of the Adult Social Care agenda and local care practices.
  • IT Proficiency: Advanced IT skills, including experience working with multiple information systems and confidently handling data.
Requirements:
  1. Evidence of higher education achievement in social care, health, or an equivalent field.
  2. Previous office experience and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or above).
