Instructor Strategy Coordinator

About the Role:
The Content Department at Peloton, which includes our Production, Studio Operations, and Instructor teams, operates year-round to provide a diverse range of engaging subscription content for our members. We thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment focused on advancing our innovative programming. The Coordinator for Instructor Engagement will assist with the daily operations of our instructor team, as well as manage events, shoots, and activations involving our on-air fitness talent. This position will report directly to the Director of Instructor Strategy.
Your Contributions:
- Assist instructors and leadership with administrative tasks related to classes, social media, and off-air events.
- Manage instructor PTO, including monthly tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for instructors representing Peloton or strategic partners.
- Oversee vendor and invoice management.
- Manage assets and oversee the Greenfly workflow.
- Coordinate bookings and appearances for Peloton's ESG/Social Impact partners.
- Develop day-to-day strategies for employee resource group (ERG) instructor leadership and initiatives.
- Support photoshoots, including asset refreshes and social/brand shoots.
- Handle apparel coordination for marketing requests and manage international orders.
- Manage glam vendor relationships and maintain a toolkit of preferred HMU/styling vendors.
- Oversee the styling closet and glam supplies, ensuring current apparel and accessories are available.
- Coordinate styling options for various events and activations.
- Manage greenroom requests and supplies.
- Support onboarding processes, including relocation and visa coordination.
- Assist with studio events and activations.
- Act as the operational point of contact for the instructor teams.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience, preferably with on-air talent in entertainment or fitness.
- Knowledge and passion for hair, makeup, and styling.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Proficient in Google Suite, especially in managing spreadsheets and databases.
- Ability to work confidentially with high-profile talent.
- Fluency in German is a plus, but not required.
- A collaborative team player.
