Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at Challenge-TRG Recruitment. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing inventory, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders using a hand-held scanner
  • Receiving and processing inventory, including checking for damaged or missing items
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, including stacking boxes and labeling
  • Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and checking in stock
  • Performing inventory controls and maintaining quality standards
  • Following site standards and safe working practices
  • Communicating and cooperating with supervisors, team leaders, and coworkers
  • Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules, and schedules

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or DC environment
  • Ability to interact and communicate professionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to speak and understand English language
  • Ability to be flexible in relation to shifts and hours
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
