Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Thatcham. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket. You will work in a chilled and ambient environment, breaking down and allocating goods, and achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, although full training will be provided. You must have a good attention to detail, a positive attitude, and be extremely reliable. You will also need to be able to work under pressure, to deadlines, and have excellent timekeeping and attendance.
We offer a range of benefits, including premium rates paid over 40 hours, bonus payments in December, and the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidates.
