We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Cbwstaffingsolutions. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance in a commercial office contract located in a major city.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Electrical or mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £47,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, and lamp replacement
- Maintain and update log books to ensure accurate records of maintenance activities
- Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors
- Electrically qualified, with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 certification
- Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with good communication skills and client-facing experience
