About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail Limited. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the store team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our high standards of customer service and store presentation are consistently met.

You will be a hands-on leader who is passionate about retail and has a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results, while also being able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the store team and driving sales growth
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
