Our maintenance business provides expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health and social care sectors.

Job Purpose

Our NHS maintenance healthcare team in Bristol provides a planned, preventative and reactive maintenance service for a large NHS trust. We are looking for a multi-skilled plumber/maintenance plumber to join the team, providing repairs (responsive and planned) with a particular emphasis on plumbing, as well as other general maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks in a variety of healthcare settings
  • Perform general maintenance works, including carpentry and plastering
  • Work in a mobile role, maintaining multiple healthcare sites
  • Hold a full UK driving license

Requirements
