Job Title: Registered Nurse - Accident and Emergency

Location: The Royal Oldham Hospital, Salford Royal, Fairfield General Hospital and Rochdale Infirmary

Shift Patterns: Flexible

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of community and hospital services to over one million people across Bury, Oldham, Rochdale and Salford, as well as providing more specialist care to patients across Greater Manchester and beyond.

As a Registered Nurse - A&E, you will be part of a dynamic team providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing both acute medical needs and long-term health management. The flexibility in scheduling allows general nurses to balance their professional responsibilities with personal commitments, ensuring they can deliver compassionate and effective care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
  • Providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Addressing both acute medical needs and long-term health management

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Accident & Emergency hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
