About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Training and Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, motivating and encouraging colleagues to achieve personal and professional growth, assessing and monitoring training and development needs, creating digital and physical training manuals, presenting in-person or online training sessions, and sourcing specialist training.
