About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Business Analyst to join our team at DP World Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and prepare ERF requests and share tracker reports to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Manage the banked hours process, including formulating stand-down/stand-up notices and briefings, tracking hours banked, and ensuring compliance with process guidelines.
  • Prepare and facilitate MBR/QBR governance and S&OP meetings as required, including action tracker management.
  • Local vendor management and consumable order management to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Act as the focal point for all business data and reporting transactions, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Collate weekly/monthly plant scorecard data and govern review schedules to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Collate plant roll call data weekly/monthly and prepare month-end P&L data inputs to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage SAP; Invoice Administration, including MIR5 reporting and GR order, to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Monitor and report on Contractual/Service provider performance to standard (KPIs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, facilitating proactive and highly effective communication.
  • Mathematics skills to GCSE grade C minimum.
  • High-level Microsoft Excel ability.
  • Ability to work with frequent distractions and changing priorities.
  • Personal confidence and positive behaviors.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
