MP&L Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MP&L Analyst to join our team in Minworth/Birmingham. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments by scanning barcodes into computer programs and prepares shipping documents.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure delivery success while providing great customer service.
• Implement and monitor all appropriate materials systems.
• Update trailer report and Team Board.
• Receive into systems and release trailers for receipt in system.
• Complete problem resolution report- carrier claims, no ASN's, vendor discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate upcoming customer needs.
• Ensure all inbound transportation windows are met.
• Coordinate with operations for shipments and expedites.
• Ensure all outbound transportation windows are met; escalate issues as required.
• Confirm to the processes and requirements of our integrated management systems.
• Achieve effectiveness of our integrated management system by following the Quality Policy and meeting company objectives.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills at all levels within syncreon and the Customer supply base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal and a good knowledge of MS Office.
