Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Industrial Services and Technology Real Estate team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale and complex information systems and technology projects in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and budgets
  • Establish and maintain effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Monitor and report on project progress and other performance indicators
  • Manage and mitigate risks and issues
  • Prepare and deliver written project communication materials
  • Prepare and present formal project progress and other reports
  • Manage and coordinate the client, contractors, and designers
  • Attend and chair meetings and draft minutes
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in project management or construction management
  • Ideal NEC accredited Project Manager
  • Member of a chartered institute, e.g., RICS or willing to work towards
  • Good knowledge of construction industry themes, such as MMC, Net Zero Carbon, and Digital agenda
  • Good knowledge of project lifecycle and business case approvals process
  • Ideal experience of working on information systems and technology projects
