Position Overview

The Cancer Division is seeking a passionate and proactive Project Coordinator to enhance our educational initiatives.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will become an integral part of a dynamic management team within the Cancer Division at University College London Hospitals. This role is pivotal in the development and revitalization of the Cancer Academy.

Vision for the Cancer Academy

Our aim is to establish a vibrant faculty and educational platform designed to equip NHS staff with the necessary skills to address future workforce demands.

As advancements in cancer treatments and operational methodologies arise, the Cancer Academy will serve as a crucial resource in preparing NCL to cultivate the competencies of NHS personnel to tackle these emerging challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management and the clinical education lead to form a multidisciplinary faculty with expertise in education and cancer care.
  • Explore innovative strategies for staff education and training that align with the evolving landscape of cancer treatment.
  • Design and implement new processes while working independently to resolve issues, engage staff, and identify opportunities.
