We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our highly regarded Bristol team. As a key member of our Employment practice, you will be responsible for advising employers on a variety of employment matters.
Key Responsibilities- Handling a varied workload of employment matters, including advising employers on employment law and providing guidance on best practices.
- Supervising junior lawyers and supporting the team in building and maintaining key client relationships.
- Developing and implementing strategies to support the growth and development of our Employment practice.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work for a market-leading firm with a global reach and a significant presence in the Bristol market. You will also have access to excellent training and development opportunities, as well as a friendly and supportive working culture.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven background in Employment law and experience of supervising junior lawyers. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
