About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our dynamic Employment Team at DAS Law, part of ARAG UK. As an Associate Solicitor, you will play a key role in advising clients on employment law matters, including litigation and advisory work for both employees and employers.

About the Team

The Employment Team is a dedicated and hard-working group of around 30 solicitors, paralegals, and legal assistants. We pride ourselves on our levels of supervision and internal career progression, including a detailed careers pathways programme. Our strong values culture means you will be closely supported and mentored by your colleagues, learning to provide consistent and outstanding service to your clients.

About the Work

The Employment Team deals with all aspects of employment law, including litigation and advisory work for both employees and employers. The type of work we do includes advising on unfair dismissal claims, discrimination, and whistle blowing. We also provide advisory HR services, such as advising on employee handbooks and the drafting of employment contracts to support and guide businesses through the complexity of employment law requirements.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled Employment Lawyer with experience in employment litigation. You will have a strong working knowledge of employment law and procedure, the ability to run a caseload, and excellent client care skills.
