Exciting Career Opportunity in the Infrastructure Property Sector
Carter Jonas is seeking a qualified MRICS associate partner to enhance our infrastructure team. This role will primarily involve delivering property services with a focus on rural areas, encompassing both temporary and permanent acquisition compensation, alongside rural land and property valuation. As an associate partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance to clients within the infrastructure domain while contributing to team leadership and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting valuations of rural land and properties
- Negotiating compensation claims effectively
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region
- Enhancing internal systems and processes for continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards in all activities
- Overseeing surveyors and mentoring junior staff members
Requirements for Success:
The ideal candidate will be an MRICS surveyor with substantial experience in the rural sector and a solid grasp of compulsory purchase and compensation processes. A Fellowship with the CAAV is preferred. A proactive approach to business development and outstanding customer service skills are essential. Familiarity with rural surveying and relevant legislation will be advantageous. A valid driving license is necessary due to the travel requirements of the position.
