About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Care Assistant to join our team at Cera Care. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management
  • Prepare meals and maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Support clients with their independence and mobility, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a live-in setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel
