About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant. As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with mobility and personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and applying skincare.
  • Supporting clients with daily activities, including outings, errands, and social engagements.
  • Preparing meals and helping with grocery shopping.
  • Light housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and general domestic tasks.
  • Administering medication and ensuring proper disposal of medical waste.
Requirements
  • A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A willingness to learn and a reliable, positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in the care sector is advantageous but not required.
