Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Atlas Workplace Services. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch electrical maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the delivery of a quality electrical maintenance service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minor electrical works.
  • Ensure best value for money to the client by ensuring accuracy within the team by checking resources and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service.
  • Report on performance to the Technical Service Manager.
  • Ensure safe delivery of all electrical works, including those of our service partners.
  • Produce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.
  • Liaise with Account Support, Lead Engineers & Managers, and with Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within Service Level Agreements (SLA), as required.
  • Build and foster relationships with the client, customer, and other Atlas colleagues.
  • Ensure the Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.
  • Cover all call-out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.
  • City & Guilds BS7671 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect Electrical Qualification or equivalent (Desirable).
  • Full Driving License.
  • Good understanding of modern office software.
  • Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets.
  • 2 years previous experience within a similar environment and in particular across area multi-sites and multi-discipline service delivery.
  • 1 year experience in customer-facing outsourcing environment.
  • Ability to manage priorities in line with business need.
