Role Overview
The Field Operations Manager will oversee a dedicated team of lift engineers, primarily focusing on modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of lift engineers dedicated to modernization projects.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers to provide essential technical insights that facilitate the development of effective project plans.
  • Offering support to your team by serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), whether through providing technical guidance to engineers or assisting project managers and internal stakeholders with critical technical information necessary for the timely completion of projects.

Objectives
The primary goal will be to collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure that vital modernization projects are executed efficiently and within established timelines.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience as a lift engineer, with a proven track record in team management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Educational qualifications ideally at NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering or an equivalent standard.
