Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all on-going applications are kept up to date, DBS checks, references, ID and missing information are chased regularly to ensure the candidates file is complete.
- Keep spreadsheets and databases up to date, analyzing and interpreting data when requested.
- Attend meetings when needed.
- Quality assure completed applicant files in a timely manner.
- Ensure all leavers and any employee changes are logged internally.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure all payments are accurate.
- Support the HR Compliance Coordinator and HR Support Officer in administration of ongoing projects.
- All aspects of administration related to the post that would include filing, shredding, photocopying, scanning, office maintenance, dealing with internal and external post, answering phones, taking messages, data inputting, auditing, collation of material, diary management, chasing missing paperwork.
- Experience in an Administration role - Exposure to compliance is a bonus.
- Be highly organized.
- Understand working to deadlines and the confidentiality of all documents.
- Be IT literate - Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and CRM systems.
