About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management and administration
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines

About You:

  • Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing, with a focus on person-centered care
