Join Showpad's dynamic team as a Professional Services Consultant and embark on a rewarding career in the SaaS tech space. As a key member of our professional services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the implementation of our Showpad Enablement Operating System (eOS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run discovery meetings to advise on best practices that align with customer business goals, selling strategy, and technical requirements.
  • Manage the delivery of customer projects from end-to-end, ensuring superior project hygiene and timely completion.
  • Work closely with Support, Engineering, and Product to resolve product-related implementation issues.
  • Optimize communication and ensure effective knowledge transfer and hand-offs to support post-implementation.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of relevant customer project experience.
  • Ambition to build a career in Professional Services within the SaaS tech space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Desire to build out and optimize project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge or prior experience with sales and marketing eco-stack, such as CRM, marketing automation, CMS/ECM, and DAM.
  • Experience with a variety of media assets and file formats.
  • Any additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French, German).
