About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Engineer to join our team at INSHUR. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust security measures to protect our platform from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and maintain custom security tools using Python to enhance our security posture.
  • Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure the secure deployment and operation of our infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Work closely with our Engineering team to ensure that our security measures are aligned with our business goals.
Requirements
  • Strong background in information security with a focus on automating processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (especially GCP) and LINUX systems.
  • Proficient in Python for developing custom security tools and experience with Infrastructure as Code principles, including Terraform.
  • Advanced technical security skills, including designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures.
  • Proactive threat management skills, including regular penetration testing and developing security tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
