About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage our catering operation, providing guests with high-quality meals and a memorable dining experience. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of kitchen staff, including a Head Chef and Front of House Manager
  • Ensuring correct procedures are followed, meals are prepared on time, and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
  • Managing food allergen procedures and ensuring staff are aware of their responsibilities
  • Working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a busy contract catering environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Level 3 Food Safety qualification, City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ equivalent, and Level 3 Management qualification
