About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Study Manager Team Lead to join our Bioanalytical Laboratory team in York, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the direct line management of Study Managers and ensuring the effective performance of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the direct line management of Study Managers and ensure the effective performance of the team.
  • Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with company SOPs, policies, protocols, study plans, analytical methods, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee LC-MS/MS method development and troubleshooting.
  • Review any protocol, study plan, report, SOP, or scientific paper as required.
  • Effectively monitor study-specific budgets and operational costs, triggering and contributing to the generation of proposal amendments as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of BSc in Chemistry or related subject.
  • Minimum of 8 years study management experience in regulated bioanalysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing priorities and to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
