About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our Fun Week programme at Fareham Leisure Centre. As a Holiday Club Play Leader, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of fun-filled activities and supervising children aged 5-12 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver a high-quality programme
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and directors on a regular basis
  • Ensure sessions are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children
  • Create a positive learning environment for children in our care
  • Deliver coaching programmes to a high standard consistently
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything delivered is Fun, Inclusive, and Educational
Requirements
  • Experience working with children's holiday camps and/or childcare settings
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to interact well with staff, parents, and children
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed
