Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Plot Conveyancer to join our team at Simplify Recruitment Group. As a Plot Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling a range of plot conveyancing files, using our CRM to keep files organized, and communicating with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
About the Role
- Handle a portfolio of 50+ plot conveyancing files, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
- Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and file progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in plot conveyancing, applying this knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing, with a strong background in residential or plot conveyancing.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Discretion and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
What We Offer
- Annual salary up to £45,000, dependent on experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
- Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm.
