About the Role


We are seeking a talented Plot Conveyancer to join our Residential Development team at RGS Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading law firm, renowned for their expertise in residential development and urban regeneration.


As a Plot Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing plot sales matters, working closely with a case management system and collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional results. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and commercial skills, with a strong attention to detail.


About the Ideal Candidate


We are looking for a personable, enthusiastic, and confident individual with excellent client management skills. You will be able to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen, great communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience of working with a case management system is essential, and good IT skills are a must.
