Pharmacovigilance Scientist Lead

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and production of innovative products while driving continuous improvement initiatives at SRG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the manufacture of products and ensure adherence to quality standards, guaranteeing the highest level of quality and compliance.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive process improvements and improve production efficiency, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and calibration, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant scientific field, such as biology, chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in mammalian cell, E.coli, or yeast production, with a strong understanding of bioreactor operations.
  • Industry experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and quality systems, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
