Aurora Samuel's Associates - R2R Specialists are partnering with a leading Food Manufacturing Recruitment agency to find an exceptional Executive Resourcer who will work closely with the Managing Director to identify and place top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced recruitment tools to source and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
- Create detailed client profiles and position descriptions to attract high-caliber talent, showcasing the company's values and mission.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database, ensuring accurate recording of interactions and candidate information.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a cohesive candidate experience, from initial contact to placement.
- Support follow-up activities based on interactions made by the recruitment team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Assist with managing client communications, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress on ongoing recruitment projects, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar resourcing role within a recruitment agency or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the Food or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- High level of professionalism, with the ability to confidently interact with business owners, directors, and senior leaders, and build strong relationships.
- Strong experience with recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Odro, Salesforce, and job posting platforms, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging client profiles and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
