Your new company is a leading global developer in manufacturing and designing world-class healthcare technologies. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day support of Oracle E-Business Suite, as well as the maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server Ecosystems. You will also assist with master data updates within Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 environment as required, manage all aspects of backup and recovery for the database environments, and lead all technical aspects of the design and implementation of new database solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for change management in line with company and IT policies and procedures, and be responsive to supporting tickets and escalation needs. To succeed in this role, you will need to have coding skills in SQL and Oracle EBS, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in Oracle DB (19c preferable). You will also need to have knowledge of Oracle SQL, including troubleshooting and performance tuning, as well as patching and cloning of full E-Business Suite stack (DB + Apps + Middleware), upgrades, AD / TXK / ATG, EBS Apps 12.2 upgrades, Oracle Linux 7+ / Linux KVM /, scripting, process automation, and Linux security.
