Requirements:
  1. **Experience in a demand planning or S&OP role**, at senior or strategic level
  2. **Previous experience within Food or FMCG sectors**
  3. **Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, modelling, and planning software**
  4. **Ability to drive change, process, and continuous improvement activities**
  5. **Collaborative, open, and communicative team player**
  6. **Ability to manage senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally**
