Job Title: Senior Pharmacovigilance Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmacovigilance Scientist to join our team at Evotec. As a key member of our ADME-Tox group, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality performance of HT ADME-Tox assays and supporting the training and development of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct routine and ADME-Tox assays, utilizing liquid-handling robots and manual techniques.
  • Provide operational and scientific support to team members and study managers, including problem-solving, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant scientific advances and regulatory guidelines in the field of ADME.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas in a clean and proper working order.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all activities, adhering to relevant SOPs and Quality policies.
Requirements:
  • Coaching, mentoring, and line managing team members through effective use of Evotalks meetings and regular discussions.
  • Ensuring work is performed to an exceptionally high standard, within specified time frames, and adhering to safety regulations and QC procedures.
  • Participating in all required training to perform effectively in the job role.
  • Maintaining a personal training record and discussing any gaps with the supervisor.
