Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at De Vere Latimer Estate, a historic hotel and events venue in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
The successful candidate will work closely with our General Manager, Ross Blezard, to drive the finance strategy, ensuring the maximisation of revenue and minimisation of costs. Key responsibilities will include producing accurate reports, forecasting revenue and costs, and monitoring cash control.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant financial qualification and experience in hospitality, either in an operational role or a junior finance position. Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are also required.
