Care Assistant Part-time Contract

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Care Professional to support our younger clients with their day-to-day activities and promote their independence while continuing with their ongoing lifestyle.
As a Care Professional, you will deliver a range of one-to-one companionship services to people in their own homes. Duties may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, medication reminders, shopping/errands, and support in the community, such as outings, activities, and escorts to appointments.
All our services are personalised to clients' needs, wishes, and preferences, and we carefully match our Care Professionals to clients, taking these into account.
We ask our Care Professionals to be flexible and meet the clients' needs, which may include weekends and occasional evening and night work.
You will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will also need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, building relationships with your clients.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expect all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
A car driver is required for this role as many of our clients live in remote villages inaccessible by public transport.
