About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Administering medication and managing care plans
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Assisting with domestic duties and maintaining a safe and clean living environment
