Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Fundraising Processes: Assist in overseeing the development and implementation of fundraising strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Capital Formation Activities: Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, data rooms, and other essential documents to support fundraising efforts.
  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Collaborate with portfolio managers, sales teams, legal, finance, and operations teams to deliver high-quality materials and respond to requests for proposals (RfPs).
  • Prospect Management: Manage follow-ups with prospects, provide updates, and answer inquiries to ensure a smooth fundraising process.
  • Fundraising Channel Management: Oversee fundraising activities across various distribution channels to maximize results.
  • Marketing Materials: Update and maintain fund marketing materials and prospect communications to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Support Sales Teams: Provide sales teams with necessary tools, such as content, customized materials, and education on our products.
  • Investment Team Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams to provide communication and updates internally and externally during fundraising processes.
  • Quantitative Analysis: Perform in-depth quantitative analyses and research to inform fundraising strategies.
  • Platform Data Management: Manage platform data to ensure accuracy and inform business decisions.
  • Investment Activity Tracking: Monitor investment activity and performance across products to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in economics or finance.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as private equity managers, generalist asset managers, investment banks, or consulting firms.
  • Academic Credentials: Excellent academic credentials.
  • Skills: Ability to multi-task, team-player attitude, and a desire to work on a wide range of projects and manage them effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, remarkable attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both orally and in written form.
