Project Manager - Restoration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Servpro Industries, Inc. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Negotiate with customers and clients to secure project approvals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and oversee restoration crews, including subcontractors, to deliver high-quality services.
  • Review and verify job site documentation to ensure accurate billing and client requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and materials.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through online reviews and feedback.
  • Provide prompt responses to potential customers and ensure a positive first impression.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience.
  • IICRC certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces.
