Compensation Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Project Manager to join our team at Servpro Industries, Inc. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project scopes and estimates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Negotiate project approvals with customers and clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate and oversee crews and resources to deliver exceptional service on active projects, including subcontractors.
  • Review job site documentation to ensure proper client requirements and billing processes are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and material assets.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and track customer satisfaction through online reviews.
  • Provide prompt responses to potential customers, ensuring timely communication.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience.
  • IICRC certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces.
