Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Stride Resource Management. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to provide clients with the best possible insurance solutions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our insurance services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial insurance account management role.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CII, are advantageous.
