About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Home Treatment Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to individuals in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide interventions, support, and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
  • Rotate between working in the Home Treatment Team, Crisis Hub, and Mental Health Connect Helpline to broaden your experience and add variety to the post.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
